So has TOI come up with the definition of vulgar
Did Mr. Bapu Deedwania come up with the definition of vulgar, the definition of which was not found a few days ago when people from the TOI were running around from pillar to post to find one.
Well the word "vulgar" needed mention with the dance of cheerleaders in T20s and TOI even claimed that the courts have not defined it.
What was Mr. Deedwania doing all this while sitting mum and not helping out his colleagues in the TOI with the definition of "vulgar".
Well incase the courts have failed to define "vulgar" as claimed by the TOI, then I do claim that the courts fail to understand what is obscene as can be seen from the judgement on M. F. Hussein.
